LIGHT WEIGHT, DOUBLE ACTING, OIL RETURN, HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULIC JACK

Application : These jacks are designed to provide oil force in both the advance and retraction of ram, in vertical & horizontal position, where cycle time is crucial. These are mainly used for hydraulic testing machine and for lifting, lowering, spreading of structures, bridges, heavy machinery etc.

Hard chrome plated ram to resist scoring and corrosion.

Ideal for heavy duty application.
•
For high tonnage jacks, QCC is fitted on a safety manifold block to prevent protudence and possible damage while handling.
•
High pressure long life seals. QCC with dust cap.
•
Wiper to arrest ingress of foreign particles.
•
Relief valve in return position prevents accident against over pressure intensification.
•
Adequate gripping by grooved saddle. High tonnage & custom strokes available on request.
•
Bottom mounting holes, collar threading, tilting saddle and Hose burst features available on request.
•
Port size 3/8th inch NPT. l Working pressure 650 bar.
